Ten platforms. One queue. Zero copy-paste.

10 platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, Medium, and Hacker News. Every post is formatted for its destination before it reaches the queue — character limits, media specs, and file types already handled. You approve once; the engine publishes everywhere.

Schedules run from every few minutes to monthly, with exact-time control and date ranges.

The scheduling engine

Schedule with the granularity each campaign needs.

Control Options

Exact time Pin a post to a specific time of day
Day of week Restrict recurring posts to chosen days
Date range Start and end dates per workflow

SYS.003

Review mode × publish mode

You decide how much sits between a draft and the world. The two settings are independent, so you can move from cautious to hands-off one step at a time.

Auto publish Manual publish
Auto review Full autopilot — the engine drafts and posts Engine approves drafts; you click to send
Manual review You approve; it posts on schedule automatically Every post waits for a human at both gates

SYS.004

Per-account management

  • Connect multiple accounts per platform — several LinkedIn pages, several X handles — and set a default per network.
  • Token expiry is tracked, so you're warned before a connection lapses instead of after a post fails.
  • Per-account stats roll up into the dashboard.

Connected-account limits scale with your plan: 2 on Free, 5 on Starter, 10 on Professional, unlimited on Enterprise.

SYS.005

Post lifecycle

Every post moves through a visible state machine, so nothing is ever in limbo:

draft → approved → publishing → published — and failed when a network rejects a post, with the reason surfaced for a retry rather than a silent drop.

Questions, answered

Are there posting limits?

Scheduled posts per month scale by plan: 10 on Free, 50 on Starter, 150 on Professional, unlimited on Enterprise. Connected accounts and platforms scale with the same tiers.

What happens when a post fails?

Failed posts are marked failed with the platform's rejection reason attached, so you can fix and retry rather than discovering a gap later. The post never disappears silently.

Can I connect more than one account per network?

Yes. You can connect multiple accounts on the same platform, choose a default, and target a specific account per workflow.

Forty minutes from now, this could be running.
