- Account data: name, email, workspace and role.
- Content data: sources you connect, drafts, and published posts.
- Connection data: platform account tokens (stored for operation, admin-only access).
- Usage data: activity needed to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use it
To provide the service, generate and publish your content, enforce plan limits, secure accounts, and respond to support requests.
3. AI processing
Your content is processed by the AI engine only to generate posts, drawing from your plan's included credits. We use only the sources and brand styles you provide. On a self-hosted Enterprise deployment, that content stays within your own infrastructure.
4. Sharing
We don't sell personal data. We share data only with the platform and AI providers necessary to deliver the service, and as required by law.
5. Retention
We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal and operational purposes; you can request deletion.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
