Six AI reply strategies: praise, question, contradict, support, share experience, and subtle promotion. Publishing is half of social. The other half is showing up in the comments and conversations that move people — and that's the half teams skip when they're out of time. The reply engine writes those responses for you, in the right voice for the platform.

Paste any post, choose a strategy, and get a platform-appropriate reply in seconds.

The reply engine is included on Professional and Enterprise plans.

Six strategies, one for every moment

Each strategy is a different intent. Pick the one that fits the conversation; the engine drafts a reply written for the platform it's on.

Praise

When to use: to build goodwill and signal alignment with a creator or peer. Impact: warm, low-risk relationship building that gets you noticed by the right people. "This framing of the onboarding problem is exactly right — especially the part about the first five minutes."

Question

When to use: to start a thread and pull the author into dialogue. Impact: the highest-engagement reply type; questions invite replies and put you in the author's notifications. "Curious how you'd apply this when the team is fully async — does the same cadence hold?"

Contradict

When to use: to stake a respectful counter-position and stand out. Impact: differentiated, memorable presence — disagreement done well earns more attention than agreement. "Reasonable, but I'd push back on one point: speed here often costs you trust you can't rebuy."

Support

When to use: to back a point with a reason or an extra data point. Impact: positions you as a knowledgeable ally and deepens a relationship. "Seeing the same thing — and the cost shows up two quarters later, not next week."

Share experience

When to use: to add a first-hand story that earns credibility. Impact: experience is the strongest trust signal on social; it makes your account worth following. "We tried exactly this for six months. Here's the one thing that surprised us."

Subtle promotion

When to use: to mention what you do without selling. Impact: demand generation that doesn't read as an ad. "This is basically the problem we built our content engine around — happy to share how we approached it if useful."

How it works

  1. Paste the post you want to reply to.
  2. Pick a strategy — or let the engine suggest one.
  3. The AI drafts a reply in the platform's register.
  4. You approve and post.

Replies are generated for your review — you stay in control of what's published.

SYS.003

Context and overrides

  • Source context. Feed the engine background — a product fact, a stance, a link — and it weaves it in naturally.
  • Custom instructions. Steer tone, length, or angle per reply.
  • Style overrides. Apply a specific brand voice, so replies for one client never sound like replies for another.

SYS.004

Engagement as a service

For agencies, the reply engine turns engagement into a billable tier. Manage each client's comment presence in their own voice, at a volume a human team can't match — and sell it as a premium add-on. See Solutions for agencies.

Questions, answered

Which platforms does the reply engine support?

It drafts replies in the native register of the network the conversation is on — the same ten platforms PulseCraft publishes to. Reddit and X conversations are common use cases.

Does it auto-post replies?

No. Replies are generated for review. You approve each one before it's posted, so your engagement stays deliberate.

Can replies match different client voices?

Yes. Apply a style override per reply and the engine writes in that client's brand voice, keeping every workspace's tone separate.

Which plans include the reply engine?

The reply engine is included on Professional ($49/mo) and Enterprise ($249/mo). It is not part of the Free or Starter plans.

Forty minutes from now, this could be running.
